One person runs this.

Not a support desk, not a ticket queue. If you write, the person who built the map is the one who reads it.

Built Claim the Valley — the map, the market, and the part that takes your dollar. Everything you read on this site was written by him, which is also why it does not sound like a company.

Before you write

These four come up most, and each has an answer that does not need an email.

I lost the link to my building

Search your inbox for the receipt — the link inside it is the key, and it does not expire. If it is gone, write from the address you paid with and you will get another.

Somebody took my building

That is the market working, and you were emailed the moment it happened — with the number they paid, which is more than you did. Taking it back costs 5% more again, the same as it would cost anybody. There is no queue: whoever pays first holds it.

I want more than one

You can have up to 3 at a time. Claim them the same way — the limit is counted by the domain you link to.

Something on the map should not be there

Send the building code and what is wrong with it. Claims go live without anybody approving them first, so this is how bad ones come down — and they come down the same day.

Writing about a specific building? Send its code — the TS-01 in the corner of its page. It is the fastest way to be sure we are both looking at the same one.
